In need of an automated solution for their accounts payable  (AP) department, Arbill originally selected a competitor’s  Purchase to Pay solution in 2012. After 18 months of subpar results that saw them miss supplier discounts and continuing to manually process many invoices, they went back to the drawing board. Their research led them to DataServ. The Results

Now, about 85% of Arbill’s invoice volume is PO-based. They receive an average of 18-hour turnaround time, with a 99.9%  accuracy rate from DataServ’s invoice data capture solution,  and achieve 66% straight-through invoice processing with AutoVouch.
