We embraced remote work over a decade ago. When the pandemic hit we went 100% remote for all team members. Now we support Team Members working from about a dozen states in the US. Software Product Manager
The Software Product Manager is responsible for managing all facets of product planning and management throughout the product lifecycle. This position works closely across all departments in the company to make certain the vision of the product is executed and ultimately ensuring the project supports the company's overall objectives and clients' needs.
The Software Product Manager communicates the company's product strategy and progress to teams, partners, clients and stakeholders. This position identifies client needs and the larger business objectives that the product or feature will fulfill, articulates what success looks like for the product to all team members, and rallies the team to turn that vision into a reality.
Marketing Manager I
The Marketing Manager I is responsible for collaboratively developing, implementing, and managing strategic marketing and digital plans for a global SaaS provider of financial operations solutions. This position must be comfortable with the latest Marketing Automation tools and best practices for lead generation, content marketing and communications. The Marketing Manager I stays abreast of changes in the marketing and digital marketing environment and the B2B arena to best serve the objectives of clients and DataServ and adjusts plans as needed.
The Marketing Manager I manages the Marketing team in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. This position is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring new talent to complement and expand the team. This position ensures that team goals are met.
Business Development Representative III/Account Executive I
The Business Development Rep III / Account Executive I position is a hybrid position using both of the skill sets for these positions.
The Business Development Rep III (BDR III) is responsible for the location, development, and securing of new client relationships for DataServ solutions through the utmost professionalism and delivery of added value in all transactions.
The Account Executive I (AE I) position has a primary responsibility to also identify new business opportunities. The AE I lives the principals of strategic account management including account planning, business development, communication, executive sponsorship, understanding cultural issues with different organizations, working with internal and external teams, leading business relationship efforts, effectively following steps in the sales process, monitoring contract negotiations, and assisting legal staff, closing, and exceeding client satisfaction. This position is primarily a Business Development "hunter" role.
Manager, IT Infrastructure and Operations
The Manager, IT Infrastructure and Operations is responsible for development and management of the infrastructure and operations team. This position, as a member of the management team, helps to deliver outstanding service to our clients.
The Manager, IT Infrastructure and Operations oversees outside vendors who provide company services in ITO. This position is responsible for high productivity and uptime. The DevOps-IT Infrastructure team is responsible for delivering superior client satisfaction by working with multiple DataServ team members.
