Most software companies will tell you about their “work hard, play hard” culture (we have that), their fast-paced environment (yep, got that, too), all their awards (check), and how innovative they are in their industry (if we weren’t, we wouldn’t be here) – so how is DataServ different?
The answer is our people. We’re more than a company – we’re a family with individual strengths and ideas. As our CEO, Jeff Haller, says:

We’ve been in business for more than 20 years – in fact, we invented SaaS for AP, AR, and HR automation – but we never stop learning. We are inquisitive, asking lots of questions and helping educate clients about their options. Integrity and care for our clients drive us, but our ability to question the status quo and make relevant suggestions for better ways to do things is the real value of DataServ.
Your opinion matters here. Our management style is intentionally less hierarchical – shared responsibility and trust is key to our growth and success. We will always encourage you to try new things, leverage your strengths, and manage your own work.
