Your opinion matters here.

Our management style is intentionally less hierarchical – shared responsibility and trust is key to our growth and success. We will always encourage you to try new things, leverage your strengths, and manage your own work. We believe in true meritocracy – people who perform are rewarded. Playing politics is not! We have a huge history of promoting from within. Every team member’s input is accepted and valuable – we will not always agree – but the value is in the debate.

DataServ’s Statement on Diversity and Inclusion

Since our inception in 1994, one of our Core Values has been to build a Meritocracy – a place where anyone can succeed based upon their own skills and abilities. All people matter to DataServ. We believe all people are created equal. You are a valued and loved member of our community. We support your right to freedom, justice, and dignity. We are open to new and better ways of demonstrating awareness and respect as an organization, and we are committed to applying the Golden Rule to heal racism and promote harmony in our world.

Our Benefits

We embraced remote work over a decade ago. When the pandemic hit we went 100% remote for all team members. Now we support Team Members working from about a dozen states in the US. We are continuously getting better at it – but you can eliminate your daily commute and optimize your personal time if you work with us.

Remote Work

While our in-office accommodations are great, unfortunately not everyone lives in St. Louis, and stuff comes up…like a life-altering pandemic. We’ve had some fully remote teammates for over a decade and all staff went remote when COVID-19 hit. We go to great lengths to set you up for success from day one and work hard to keep you connected.

Investing in Your Wellbeing

In addition to working on the latest technology, our perks include:

Work-Life Balance

We all have families, in fact we act a lot like a family ourselves! Team members are always helping each other. We strive to achieve a good balance between work and life.

We offer flexible paid time off and all major holidays to our full-time employees. Our team is encouraged to take this time away from work to recharge and unplug. Family and personal time are critical to people’s well-being, and we think work should not interfere with your ability to focus on quality time away.

Trusted Teams

The foundation of our fun, fast-paced, and collaborative culture is trust. We believe that trust—and the speed at which it allows us to operate—is the single most critical component of a successful organization.

Great Benefits Packages

DataServ is invested in improving your life. Good health, both physically and financially is important to us. That’s why we offer our full-time team members:

Professional Development

In the AP Automation industry, there is a lot to learn and we encourage all Team Members to pursue education and development. Internal training opportunities abound. In addition, we provide re-imbursement for relevant outside training classes.
