DataServ's cloud Integration Experience has been tested across multiple industries, continents and platforms since our start in 1994. Our SaaS platform has been successfully integrated with numerous business systems — from ERPs to MRPs to Financial Management to Email in both software and cloud environments.
By creating our own ERP Integration Library containing all the integrations we have performed over the years, we can often match up to your version and generation of software. This keeps our total cost of ownership low as well as ongoing maintenance to a minimum. Having served clients for as long as we have, we have also been through more than our share of upgrades and patches; DataServ delivers peace of mind.
In addition to having deep experience with Oracle, SAP, and JD Edwards, our expertise extends to lesser known systems such as FireStream, Cullinet, MK8 and Prophet 21, as well as the following:
Many clients find this capability to be especially attractive because it does not incur additional user licenses. Our Image Retrieval Integration consists of a simple URL embedded into your system that provides instant access to a document or other related documents with a single click. Because this integration point is web-native, it works well from any system that supports embedded links.
We provide a standardized data interface format which will be Tailored to the exchange of data required for your DataServ solution. This typically involves:
Automated scheduled secure data transfers
Because this interface uses a lowest common denominator approach, these data transfers are very stable and typically unaffected by upgrades and changes and require little ongoing maintenance.
DataServ takes responsibility for the scheduled data transfer from all clients. Our experts monitor and manage that connection as well as its relevant data around the clock to assure smooth, consistent performance, thus requiring no ongoing IT resources from our clients. Whenever possible we utilize existing data interface tools and/or methods such as I-Doc and/or EDI systems with standard data exchange protocols.
