Did you know that we’re always updating and evolving our DataServ Resource Center? Whether you’re a seasoned DataServ user or completely new to the platform, our resources are there to help, guide, and answer commonly asked questions.
And because we’re all about making your DataServ experience as simple and user-friendly as possible, we don’t think it is overkill to provide help to using our help resources. Grammatically redundant, perhaps, but useful nonetheless! With that in mind, we’ve created the following guide to using our Resource Center.
Get Started with Getting Started
When you land on our Resource Center, the first thing you’ll see is the search bar. If you already have an idea of what you need, this is a great place to start. You can search keywords, like report or coding, to find helpful documentation or videos.
If you’re brand new to DataServ or just not quite sure where to find the resource you need, you can also click on the quick links under Getting Started.
Once you’ve clicked a link and landed in the Resource Center, you’ll see a left-hand navigation bar with an index of topics. You can see our high-level topics, and clicking each topic will open up more options for resources. You can also filter on topics using the search bar.
We’ve used our 25 years of experience creating P2P automation software to determine these help topics. They are listed in the typical order that you’ll need as you navigate the DataServ platform, and you can use the search bar to find and filter on specific terms. Each subtopic includes step-by-step instructions, images to guide you, and training videos. You’ll also find steps for submitting support tickets, as well as helpful reminders, like our Release & Holiday Schedule.

The next category on our main Resource Center page is FAQs. This is where you’ll find links to frequently asked questions that our support team commonly receives. Use this section to quickly find the help you need when you don’t have time to search!
Watch and Learn with Videos
The final section on the Resource Center page is Videos. The links in this section take you directly to videos for P2P Core Training for users, admins, and approvers. It also links you to an overview of the DataServ Dashboard.
Within the Resource Center, you can also find a topic dedicated to all of our training videos. Each video provides easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions.
