We were excited to announce recently the launch of our new Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform that improves performance while giving our clients an easier, more flexible, and more intuitive user experience. This new platform offers a clean, highly intuitive look that can run on any commonly used browser; requires no software installation on individual workstations; and boasts faster performance via Elasticsearch that provides clients improved functionality for entering, managing, and analyzing data. These improvements will help clients increase efficiencies and save time and money in the daily work process. In addition, this platform can be tailored to fit a client’s unique situation and workflow needs, and it can be configured in just weeks, not months.

“We are eager to introduce our entire roster of DataServ clients to our new platform that clients are being upgraded to at no charge,” says DataServ CEO/Founder Jeff Haller. “It’s a simple, icon-based, mobile-friendly system that’s easily tailored to each client’s needs and business process.

“Having heard very positive reviews from our clients who participated in beta testing and our new clients who are already using the new platform, we’re confident all our clients will be exceptionally pleased.”

The new system was in the works for more than two years, and it is the first SaaS transactional ECM platform built from the ground up on NoSQL technology. We built the new system in part on NoSQL database vendor MongoDb, a highly successful open-source document database which recently had one of the largest single funding rounds ever achieved for a database company.

Adds Haller: “Our ability to develop smart, beneficial electronic document and process workflow automation solutions is now stronger than ever, and we know clients are going to realize an even better ROI when they choose DataServ to help solve their document and process workflow issues.”

A large percentage of existing purchase to pay and quote to cash clients and all new clients added since January 2014 are using the new platform, and we expect to have all clients operating on the system by the end of this year. In an effort to provide our clients with a seamless transition to this new platform, we are offering training videos, guides, live demonstrations and hands-on assistance as needed to make the best use of these expanded capabilities.
